.We request the administration of written examinations and operating tests for these individuals as I g ,' scheduled October 16 through October 23,1998. The required medical forms (NRC Form 396 l Certification of Medical Examination by Facility Licensee) for each of the license candidates l were provided on September 14,1998 as an enclosure to NYN-98104.

North Atlantic has provided the final signed Form 398's to Paul Bissett, Chief Examiner during his site visit today. This completes the North Atlantic training and evaluation process.
