The "SECO Transportation Instruction and CA Manual" for receiving and shipping radioactive raterial attached to your application of January 31, 1936, for QA progran approval, represents inplementation of a QA program.
As previously stated in our letter, of August 9,1985, we require a corraitnent/ description of your Quality Assurance Progran that satisfies the applicable requirements of subpart 18 of 10 CFp Part 71. He reenphasize that Annex 3 of Pegulatory Guide 7.10 should be referred to in preparing a submittal that would be acceptable to the f*RC.
