j SDAR: CP-88-12 (SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT) i Gentlemen:
On January 11, 1988, TV Electric letter logged TXX-88071 provided notification that the deficiency involving a violation of electrical separation criteria j
was reportable under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
The latest report on this issue, logged TXX-88594, was submitted August 1, 1988. This supplemental j
report is submitted to update the corrective action implementation schedule.
The estimated completion date for the rerouting and redesignation of Unit 1 3
cables E0140291 and EG140305 as non-Class 1E has been revised.
These activities are now expected to be completed by December 15, 1988.

As discussed in previous correspondence, a Field Verification Method (FVM) is being utilized to identify any additional instances of this deficiency.
The 1
number of this FVM has been : hanged to CPE-SWEC-FVM-EE-088, "PCHV Program i
Er9eering/ Quality Control Reverifications - Electrical Separation."
Idt. 'fication of any additional deficiencies and associated rework will be 1
completed comensurate with the system / area turnover schedule.
