Page 2 of 2 This modification revises the indirect rates for fiscal year 1997, and extends the period of performance through September 30,1999. Accordingly, the following revisions are made:
Section F.6, " Duration of Contract Period", is revised to read as follows:
" Duration of Contract Period The ordering period for this contract shall commence on the date of contract award and will expire on September 30,1999. Any orders issued during this period shall be

completed within the time specified on the order, unless otherwise specified herein.

i Section G.3, " Indirect Cost Rates". Revise the CNWRA indirect rate for FY97 as follows:

Direct Labor & Fringe DOA - 9/26/97 69% (billing) 9/27/97 until revised Material Handling 3.36% (final)
Materials and Supplies DOA-9/26/97 2.6% (billing) 9/27/97 until revised Note that the SwRI indirect rate is not changed to reflect the final audited rate since SwRI has agreed not to bill in excess of the 118% currently in the contract."
All other terms and conditions of the contract, including the ceiling amount of
$600,381.00, remain the same.
