DOCKET NO. 50-483 CALLAWAY PLANT CALLAWAY PLANT RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN
_ CHANGE _ NOTICES 88-01, 88-02 and 88-03 Change Notices 88-01, 88-02 and 88-03 to the Callaway Plant Radiological Emergency Response Plan ( RERP) have been issued to the controlled manuals which NRC has on file.
These have been approved and implemented in accordance with Callaway Plant procedures and 10CFR50.54 (q).
Change Notice 88-01 incorporates Callaway Modification Package 84-0763A which extends the range of SJ-RE 01 (CVCS Letdown bbn i to r ).
Change Notice 88-02 removes the reference to fire protection technical specifications from the Emergency Action Levels ( EALs) and inser ts re ferences to APA-ZZ-00703, Fire Protection Operability Criteria and Surveillance Requirements.
Change Notice 88-03 changes the minimum value of AFW/MFW flow from 260,000 lb/hr to 300,000 lb/hr as established in plant emergency operating procedures.
This minimum flow is used as indication for emergency classifications in the Emergency Action Levels.
