DPR-42 50 306 DPR-60 Supplemental Information For License Amendment Dated July 18, 1988 Elimination of Low Feedwater Trip CONTAINING PROPRIETARY INFORMATION Our License Amendment Request dated July 18, 1988, proposed the climi-nation of the low feedwater trip function.

In that request we committed to provide the NRC Staff with a Westinghouse licensing topical report related to the advanced digital feedwater control system median signal selector feature which will be installed at Prairie Island. Attac' are ten proprietary copies of that report, WCAP 11931, Advanced Digita.; Feed-water Control System Median Signal Selector For Northern States Power Prairie Island Units 1 and 2, and a non proprietary version of the report (WCAP 11932).

As WCAP 11931 contains information proprietary to Westinghouse Electric Corporation, it is supported by an affidavit signed by Westinghouse, the owner of the information.

The affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in paragraph (b)(4) of Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.

Accordingly, it is respectively requested that the information which is proprietary to Westinghouse be withheld from public disclosure in accor-dance with 10 CFR Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations Em 0809260231 000915 DR p
