Transportation Branch Approval Record Model No. GNG-20 Docket No. 71-9163 Revision No. 3 By application dated June 8, 1988, Amersham Corporation requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 9163. Amersham Corporation purchased the former certificate holder, Gulf Nuclear Inc., and has assumed responsibility for the maintenance of the certificate, the safety (analysis report and the quality assurance records required by 10 CFR 71.91 :).
The applicant subsequently requested an extension until March 31, 1989 to allow time to prepare a consolidated application in answer to the NRC August 3, 1988, request for additional information.
The certificate of compliance has been renewed until March 31, 1989 as requested by the applicant.
