Per your request we have reviewed the settlement stipulation along with EGM 88-01 and Paragraph B of Regional Procedure No.1460. Based on the review we believe no further action is required since:

Initial D0L decisions were not in favor of complainants.

Our prior reviews shortly after the firings by Jablonski and others did not identify any regulatory violations. ,

The stipulation does not constitute an admission of any wrongdoing by any of the parties.  !

We will review the transcripts upon their receipt to determine if any further action is required.
