EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION ALLEGATION INVOLVING BALDWIN ASSOCIATES AT CLINTON (50-461) (AMS No. RIII-84-A-0010)

Memo C. H. Weil to E. G. Greenman, same subject dated May 3, 1988.
Per your request we have reviewed the settlement stipulation along with EGM 88-01 and Paragraph B of Regional Procedure No.1460. Based on the review we believe no further action is required since:
Initial D0L decisions were not in favor of complainants.
Our prior reviews shortly after the firings by Jablonski and others did not identify any regulatory violations.
The stipulation does not constitute an admission of any wrongdoing by any of the parties.
We will review the transcripts upon their receipt to determine if any further action is required.
