SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) UNIT 2 - STEAM GENERATOR (S/G) TUBE PLUGGING f

On April 5, 1988, SQN identified a primary-to-secondary leak on unit 2.

Enclosed is the status of the tubes plugged in each unit 2 S/G. Also noted are the tubes that were previously plugged.

The unit 2 row 1 tubes have been plugged as a preventative measure but may be returned to service after heat treatment and eddy current testing of the S/G tubes in a future outage.
