This acknowledges the receipt of your letter, dated July 16, 1987, by which you transmitted a rewrite of the Security Plan of Reactor Facilities Under i License R-33, dated April,1987. We have determined that portions of these i plan changes are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and are therefore acceptable. However, as indicated in the enclosure, some portions ,

do not appear fully consistent with the provisions of 50.54(p). Accordingly, you are to follow your previously approved plan in regard to these items.

Resubmit corrected plan pages as necessary to maintain plan continuity.

Should you want to pursue revising the security plan with respect to the changes set forth in the enclosure, you should resubmit under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.90.

We have determined that the enclosures to your above referenced letter contain l infonnation of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, they are t deemed to be consnercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
