2 TROJAN NUCLEAR PLANT Security Plan Revision 12 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) changes to the security program at the Trojan Nuclear Plant, as described in the Trojan Security Plan, PGE-1017, will be implemented on March 31, 1986. Our evaluation has determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the security program.
Briefly, the changes delete the requirement to control card reader enable switch lock sets and keys in the same manner as manual security lock sets and keys. is a detailed description of the changes, along with a discussion of the reasons for making the changes. Attachment 2 con-sists of five copies of the replacement pages for the Trojan Security Plan. Another copy is being forwarded to the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
