REGION III RECOMMENDATION FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A FULL POWER LICENSE FOR BRAIDWOOD STATION UNIT 2 I
We have completed our review of all matters that were required to be completed prior to exceeding 5 percent power. We have found that those matters have been satisfactorily completed.
With the exception of those deferrals and exemptiens identified in the full power license, we believe Braidwood Station Unit 2 has been properly constructed and tested and can be operated safely at 100 percent power.
Therefore, we recomend that a full power license be issued for Braidwood Station Unit 2.
