Dear Mr. Horn:
Enclosed is a copy of the Federai Emergency Management Agency's final report for the September 22,1998, remedial exercise and medical drill for the Cooper Nuclear Station.
The report indicates that the deficiency for the State of Missouri identified during the June 9, l
' 1998, biennial exercise was corrected during the remedici exercise. No response to the NRC is required.
