Enclosed please find for your approval our Application for Deposition Subpoena for Richard M. Saklak, together with a subpoena and schedule of documents to be produced.
Please note that the subpoena calls for Mr. Saklak's appearance on March 26, 1986.
By agreement of the parties discovery depositions are expected to continue through April 4, 1986, in order to complete the depositions sought by all parties.
