AUTHORIZATION F0? TEMPORARY CONTINUED USE OF 3M P0-210 STATIC ELIMINATION DEVICES In accordance with your letter dated Februarv 29, 1988 and facsimiles dated March 29, 1988, and May 11, 1988, and as provided in Section III., Paragraph C.
i of Order Modifying General License dated February 18, 1988, you are hereby authorized to continue temporary use of 3N Po-210 static elimination devices now in ycur possession as described below 3M Model No.

This authorization expires July 5,1988, and is contingent upon your performing (or having performed) the following:
1.
Leak tests of each 3M device at intervals not to exceed thirty days.
If leakage is detected, a report shall be made as required by 10 CFR 31.5(c)(5);
i 2.
Contamination urveys of areas surrounding the 3M devices at intervals not to exceed thirty days.
If contamination in excess of 1000 dpm/100 square cm is detected, a report shall be filed as if leakage had been detected in excess of 0.005 microcuries; 3.
If compressed air is used with a 3M device, checks of compressed air lines to ensure absence of water, oil, or other foreign material at intervals not to exceed 30 days.
This authorization does not permit you to receive new or replacement static eliminators from 3M.
