Dear Mr. Wilkin:
In accordance with your request of May 17, 1988, I have provided the enclosed additional detailed infonnation.
The enclosure (Proprietary) provides further clarification to the NPRDS data concerns forwarded to Mr. T. J. Sullivan on April 14, 1988.
The enclosure's organization is such that the nine numbered coments and supporting details correspond to the nine general comment paragraphs on the first page of the enclosure to the April 14 Sullivan letter.
As I understand it, you are now responsible for NPRDS data quality problem resolution and have developed a computer based tracking system that ensures resolution and closure on each NPRDS data problem identified and provided to INP0 as NPRDS user feedback (e.g., those resulting from AE00's NPRDS Trend and Patterns Program studies). As an aid in achieving the most expeditious resolution of future AE0D identified NPRDS data concerns, I will attempt to provide as much detailed information as possible concerning each data problem rather than just providing general coments.
