DPR-42 50-306 DPR-60 Submission of Revision 13 to The Prairie Island Security Plan Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p) attached are six copies of REV 13 pages for the Prairie Island Security Plan.
Instructions are provided for entering the revised pages in the previous complete Security Plan revision.
A detailed synopsis of the changes included with Revision No. 13 is attached.
We have concluded that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Prairie Island Security Plan and may be made without prior NRC Staff approval.
This revision to the prairie Island Security Plan contains Safeguards Information as identified by the Commission in 10 CFR Part 73.
The Security Plan revisions should not be made available for inspection, and not be placed in the public document room.
