Article V, Consideration and Payment, Paragraphs A.2 and 3 are revised as follows:
A.
Consideration 1)
The Commrision has provided funds to the State in the amount of $31,900.00 for the three year period of performance (CY 1983 through CY 1985), in accordance with a. through c. below. Funds in the amount of
$12,000.00 are hereby provided to the state to cover perfornance for CY 1986 in accordance with d. below.
The Commission will~ provide funds subject to the availability of appropriation to the state in the amount of $25,600.00 during the remaining two year period of performance for CY 1987 through CY 1988 in accordance with e. and f. below. The rate of payment for e. through
- f. below will be as follows:
a.
CY 1983 - $9,600 per site, per year /EH Program b.
CY 1984 - $10,600 per site, per year /EM Program c.
CY 1985 - $11,700 per site, per year /EM Program d.
CY 1986 - $12,000 per site, per year /EM Program e.
CY 1987 - $12,600 per site, per year /EM Program f.
FY 1988 - $13,000 per site, per year /EM Program 3.

The amount presently obligated by the Commission with respect to this cooperative agreement for CY 1986 is
$12,000.00.

The Appropriation Number "31X0200.955" cited in Block No. 12, Accounting and Appropriation Data, is changed to Appropriation Number "31X0200.956."
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
