Pages 24 and 25 were inadvertently omitted from these copies.
We apologize for the inconvenience this oversight has caused and ask that the attached pages (five sets of pages 24 and 25) be inserted in the Plan and reviewed by your office for consistency with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
We have concluded that the revisions on pages 24 and 25 do not decrease the effectiveness of the Monticello and Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant Security Force Training and Qualification Plan.
Since these pages involve Safegur.rds Information per 10 CFR 73.21, they should not be made available for inspection and not be placed in the public document room.
