On March 14, 1988, TV Electric verbally notified your Mr. R. F. Warnick of a deficiency involving tube steel manufacturing defects. The last report on this issue, logged TXX-88562, was submitted July 15, 1988.
TV Electric is continuing the evaluation of this issue's im)act upon the safety of plant operations. TV Electric's next report on t1is issue will be submitted no later than November 16, 1988.
