As was requested at our meeting here on January 23, 1986, the attachment provides the tables giving the one-line descriptions of LER faults used in the NPRDS evaluation for the first quarter 1984 through third quarter 1985 and the tables of the quality evaluation for the second and third quarters 1985. We await your comments and evaluation of this material and further discussion as needed.
