Dear Mr. Rosenberg:
This is in regard to your letter dated December 26, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), copies of the final Office of Investigation's reports on the Quality First program at the Wolf Creek plant.
The staff is reviewing records subject to your request.
For your information, the NRC has already made some investigative records regarding the Wolf Creek plant publicly available under previous F0IA requests. Copies of these requests, which are identified on the enclosed Appendix A, are enclosed.
Copies of the numerous NRC responses and the records subject to the requests which were disclosed under the responses are in the NRC's Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555, for copying and inspection.
A notice that provides information about charges and procedures is also enclosed.
The search for and review of records subject to your request have not yet been completed. We will notify you upon completion of search and review.
