Dear Ms. Carlin:
SUBJECT:
COPHERCIAL POWER REACTOR ALLOCATIONS FOR LOW-LFVEL RAD 10ACT!YE WASTE DISPOSAL In response to your letter of August 16, 1988, first let me thank you for providing your listing of low-level radioactive waste allocations for connercial power reactors.
I have provided a copy of the list to the Division of Low-Level Waste Management and Decommissioning, in the Office of Nuclear 4
Material Safety and Safeguards.
With respect to your question about Saxton and Pathfinder, both of these reactors were licensed under 104b of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 i
Pathfinder was permanently shutdown in 1967 and Saxton in 1972. Also, for your information, the La Crosse reactor was permanently shutdown in 1987,long and 3
