Reactor Operator's license issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

1987, I was required to submit to an interview conducted by my employer, concerning the events leading to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's shut down of the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Units 2 and 3 on March 31, 1987.

On May 17, 1988, I was the subject of an enforcement i

conference conducted by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

I object to the public release of the statement I gave to Philadelphia Electric Company, as well as the statement I gave

to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

I object to the release of this material for the following reasons:

a.

Release would constitute an unwarranted invasion of my privacy.

b.

Release could subject me and my family members to harassment or danger in that I provided my full address, telephone number and social security number during my Philadelphia Electric Company interview.

c.

Release would disclose to the public information about present and former co-workers which could harm them if disclosed, or jeopardize my employment security, d.

Release would violate the terms under which I made these disclosures, as they contained the type of information about my co-workers and management officials which I had held in confidence, and which is customarily held in confidence.

e.

Release would violate my understanding that this I

information would be kept in confidence by my employer and by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, i
