To facilitate the review process, we have prepared a Preliminary Technical Evaluation Report for the Lakeview, Oregon, UMTRA project site.
This report was prepared to serve as support for our concurrence on the Final Remedial Action Plan for the site. The report will be revised and issued in final form to accompany our concurrence of the FRAP. The preliminary versions are intended to guide us in completing reviews since they will highlight those issues that have been resolved, the bases for the resolutions, and those that have not and what is needed to resolve the issues. We have enclosed a copy for your information and hope that it will be useful to you in identifying our perception of the status of our review.
