By request of the Project Manager, the enclosed calculation is being transmitted to the NRC for the purpose of aidirig the Staffin its technical review of the Control Room habitability. This calculation supports a substantive reduction in the CR dose consequences previously transmitted by GPU Nuclear Inc. letter dated March 24,1998 referenced above (Letter No. 1920-98-20145). The calculation will also support a future Technical Specification Change Request for an increase in the Accident Recirculation Systems Leakage rates and related dose consequence analyses performed for the Maximum Hypothetical Accident.
