Dear Mr. Patrick:
In accordance with R.B. Kalmbach's letter dated September 29,1998, and received by facsimile on September 30,1998, the NRC issues unilateral modification number 4 to decrease the Task Order ceiling and obligated amount by $379.52 as follows:
The cost ceiling associated with performance of Task Order No. 008 is hereby decreased by
$379.52 from $120,913 to $120,533.48.
The estimated reimbursable costs and the cost of facility capitalin the amount of $114,112.07 are hereby decreased by $379.52 to $113,732.48.
The Fixed Fee, in the amount of $6,801.00 remains the same.
