Dear Mr. Patrick:
In accordance with R.B. Kalmbach's letter dated September 29,1998, and received by facsimile on September 30,1998, the NRC issues unilateral modi 9 cation number 4 to decrease the Task Order ceiling and obligated amount by $1,031.60 as follows:
The cost ceiling associated with performance of Task Order No. 004 is hereby decreased by
$1,031.60 from $61,618.00 to $60,586.40.
The estimated reimbursable costs and the cost of facility capital in the amount of $57,165.00 are hereby decreased by $1,031.60 to $56,133.40.
The Fixed Fee, in the amount of $4,453.00 remains the same.
The accounting data for modification no. 4 to Task Order No. 04 is as follows:
