CONTRACT NRC-02-96-004-009 UNILATERAL MODIFICATION NO. 7
Dear Mr. Patrick:
In accordance with R.B. Kalmbach's letter dated September 29,1998, and received by facsimile on September 30,1998, the NRC issues unilateral modificatien number 7 to decrease the Task Order ceiling and obligated amount by $14,428.03 as follows:
The cost ceiling associated with performance of Task Order No. 007 is hereby decreased by
$14,428.03 from $57,323.51 to $42,895.48.
The estimated reimbursable costs and the cost of facility capital in the amount of $53,310.07 are hereby decreased by $14,428.03 to $38,882.04.
The Fixed Fee, in the amount of $4,018.44 remains the same.
