Gentlemen:
The documentation of all feitures and challenges to pressurizer PORVs or safety valves for the period of April I, 1980 throu8h December 31, 1982 follows. This report is required by Technical Specification 6.9 l.5.c and reference (a),
- 1) On October 18, 1980, two pressurizer code safety valves' lift setpoints were found above the maximum setpoint during surveillance testing. This event is described in LER 50-317/80-60.
- 2) On January 18, 1981, a pressurizer PORY opened when a pressure

- 3) On March 1,1981, a pressurirer PORY was isolated when it was determined i
to leak. The valve seated properly when system pressure was raised, i
This event is described in LER 50-318/81-10.

- 4) On June 13, 1981, the pipe fittings immediately upstream of the Unit !
l and 2 pressurizer code safety vahes were determined to hase improperly sized inside diameters. This event is described in LER 50-317/81-42; 50-318/81-28.

- 5) On July 16, 1981, a pressurizer PORY opened on an erroneous high pressure signal when a pressure transmitter was bumped. This event is described in LER 50-317/81-56.
