On September 22,1998, Dick Ladun of this office conducted a safety inspection at the above
address of activities authorized under the license listed above. Your activities in NRC -
jurisdiction are authorized by a general license granted by 10 CFR 150.20(a). The inspection
I.' was an examination of your licensed activities as they relate to radiation safety and to
i. compliance with the Commission's regulabons and the license conditions. The inspection was .
- limited to observabons by the inspector, interviews with personnel, and a selected examination

- of representative records related to activities within the NRC's jurisdiction. The findings of the
inspechon were discussed with you at the conclusion of the inspection.
. Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were idenbfied
in accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules and Practices," Part 2, Title 10, Code of
Federal Regulabons, a copy of this letter will be placed in the Public Document Room. No reply
