Honeywell, Inc. requesting authority to export a Honeywell Total Plant Solution System to Argentina for use in the Empresa Neuquina de Servicios De Ingeniera heavy water plant.

Honeywell has called several times regarding the status of the application and recently forwarded to us a copy of the import License issued by the Govemment of Argentina. The license is in Spanish and Honeywell has supplied a copy of the English translation.

We are forwarding the attached information in hope that it will assist you in obtaining the assurances which you originally requested from the Government of Argentina in February.
