Each of you has referred to documents in your pleadings in this proceeding which have not been provided to the Licensing Board. The NRC Staff refers to the amendment to the License which issued on February 6, 1986. The Licensee refers to the letter of December 18, 1985 enclosing the application for the amendment which has initiated this proceeding.
I would appreciate it if you would submit the relevant portions of the documents to which you refer and follow that practice in future filings.
Also, if citations are made to unpublished orders of the Commission's adjudicatory bodies, please provide copies of the material you wish the Board to consider.
