NRC INSPECTION REPORT 150-00042/98-11 (FORM 591)
Dear Mr. Klein:
This letter and the enclosed NRC Form 591 refer to the safety inspection conducted on August 24 through September 8,1998, at your facility in Palestine, Texas. The inspection included a review of activities authorized by a General Licer.se issued pursuant to 10 CFR 150.20. The findings were discussed with Phil Copeland, the facility's engineering department manager, durir:g a telephonic exit briefing conducted on September 8,1998.
Within the scope of this inspection no violations or deviations were identified; therefore, no response to this letter or the enclosed NRC Form 591 is required.
