It has recently ::ome to my attention that TV Electric letter TXX-6783 dated 9/23/87 (ACN 8709290419) was received for DCD processing wi.iout the referenced enclosure. A copy of the enclosure, designated by me as the original, is at-tached.
I would like you to arrange for reprocessing and redistribution of the document to marry its enclosure with it. Of greatest importance is to assure that the PDR-H St., the LPDR, and central files receive copies of the complete document as soon as possible.
