Our submittal of April 7, 1987 (Proposed Operating License Change Request No. 138) for removal of the fire protection requirements from the BV-1 Technical Specifications included a copy of the current Site Administrative Procedure 9D (SAP-9D) as Attachment D.
As a result of our recent procedure
- update, Revision No.
5 to SAP 9D has been issued.
Please replace the out-of-date version of SAP 9D with the enclosed document for your review of our technical specification change request submittal.
The proposed amendment would remove the fire protection requirements from the BV-1 technical specifications based on the guidance provided in Generic Letter 86-10, and would be consistent with our present program at Unit 2.
