Notification of a transient shipment of special nuclear na moderate strategic significance
Dear Mr. Hillman:
This letter constitutes Transnuclear, Inc.'s advance notice to the NRC in compliance with the reqvirements as outlined in 10CrR 73.72 (a) as licensee for a transient shipment of enriched uranium in the form of uranium aluminum alloy fuel elements.
This letter also constitutes compliance on behalf of all carriers while the shipment is in U.S. territory as required in 10 CFR 70.20b paragraphs (a)(2), (d) and (f)(1),
(f)(2) and (f)(3)(1) through (viii).
Details of the shipment as required in 10 CFR 73.72(a) are as follows:
