DPR 42 50 306 DPR 60 Steam Generator Tube Plurcing and Sleeving In accordance with Technical Specification 4.12.E.1, the following steam generator tube plugging and sleeving information is provided for the information of the NRC Staff.
Following the recent inservice inspection of Unit 1 steam generators, tubes were plugged or sleeved as follows:
Steam Generator 11 9 tubes plugged total of 69 now plugged (2%)
Steam Generator 12 8 tubes plugged total of 71 now plugged (2.1%)
73 tubes sleeved total of 100 now sleeved (3%)
Detailed information rela.'d to the inservice inspection and the tube plugging and sleeving will be provided in an Inservice Inspection Summary Report which will be submitted within 90 days of the completion of the refueling outage. Also, Table 4.3 13 of the Prairie Island Updated Safety Analysis Report will be updated with this information in the next revision.
