Dear Mr. Zech:
For the last three years my husband and I have been living in the Sacramento area.
We were shocked at the amount of our SMUD bills!
My parents bill in the bay area from FG & E
~
is roughly half ours and their home is twice the size of ours:
I am even more concerned over the re-start of Rancho Seco.
The reactor is cracked.
Per iod.
I don't understand why the NRC would allow the re-start knowing this.
The employees at the Ranch are really ill-equiped to handle the plant.
Evidence of this are their recent ' spills" and their well publisized drug use.
Even our Grand Jury has investigated them and found them incompetant!
Could we please have the NRC use some common sense and discretion just this once and keep this plant closed?!
Your early response is greatly appreciated.
l Sincerely.
