This correspondence is in reply to Mr. Ralph R.
Bellmay's letter to us dated August 16, 1988 referring to our security plan revision submitted to you under our letter dated February 12, 1988.
In accordance with Mr. Eellmay's request, we have revised appropriate sectionc of Chapter I of our security plan to be consistent with our revised organization chart (Appendix 1).
Enclosed please find revised pages 1:1, 1:1A and a revised Appendix #1.
These changes are being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p) since they are administrative in nature and do not degrade or diminish security at Ginna Station.
The enclosures to this letter contain Safeguards Information and should be withheld from public disclosure and protected in accordance with code of Federal Regulations 10 CFR 73.21.
