in accordance with the instructions contained in the September 7,1998 letter from the Director of the Division of Reactor Controls and lluman Factors, Mr. R. Lee Spessard.
I am requesting a hearing because I feel that not all of the questions reviewed under the informal NRC Staff review of my exam have been adequately addressed.
Due to the present refueling outage at Fermi 21 have not been able to perform a complete review of the NRC's contentions of the reviewed questions. When my review is complete, and ifI determine there is no need for further action, I may withdrawal my request for this hearing.
