SUMMARY
Telephone call was made in response to incoming letter dated 4/8/88.
Victor Nerses (Project Manager for Seabrook) told Mr. Eustis that we agree a decision has to be made on Seabrook.
Provided him the status of things and explained the Commission's proposed rulemaking, that states you don't need an alert & notification system for 5% power.
If this becomes a rule, it eliminates a barrier to the 5% license.
He thanked me for calling him and wanted to know if there was anything he could do to help.
Told him the process has to take its course in the courts.
