REQUEST FOR HEARING FROM THE CITY OF BERKELEY, CALIFORNIA Attached is a request from the City of Berkeley, for an adjudicatory hearing.
The request was submitted pursuant to a Commission notice of consideration of the issuance of orders authorizing the disposition of component parts and the termination of the license for the research reactor belonging to the University of California, Berkeley, published at 53 FR 7823 (MARCH 10, 1988).
The hearing request is being referred to you for appropriate action in accordance with 10 CFR 2.772(j).
