Dear Mr. Collins:
This letter tran:mits changes to the Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC) Security Plan.
The changes are intended to facilitate a change in the Security Access Badge fabrication and incorporate some editorial changes.
This Security Plan Change (SPC-37) has been reviewed in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(p). We have determined that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the DAEC Security Plan. A description of the changes is included in Attachment I and our evaluation is included in Attachment 2 to this letter. The revised Security Plan is included as Attachment 3. to this letter contains information of the type described in 10 CFR 73.21, therefore, it should be withheld from public disclosure.
