.RE: REFERENCES NOT FOUND IN FILE in the process of transferring several of FEMA's registration certificates to inactive status it was discovered that a number of items which had been referenced in the original registration certificates were not in the background file. These included the following:
- 1. Federal Civil Defense Administration Standard item Specification dated May 23,1956, for the Model CDV-786.
- 2. Office of Civil and Defense Mobilization letter dated April 6,1959, stating that the CDV-784 was to replace the CDV-786.
- 3. Manual of Procedure for the Use and Control of the CDV-778 Radiation training Source Set dated August 1975.
- 4. Equipment Manual /Use and Control of the CDV-798 Model I Radiological Survey Meter Calibrator dated August 1975.
- 5. Federal Emergency Management Agency letter dated February 17,1983, with
- enclosures thereto.
6.' Federal Emergency Management Agency renewal application for Materials License
- No. 08-01297-06, dated August 10,1992 with enclosures thereto.
