SEQUD AH UNIT 2 RESTART The Director, Office of Special Projects, authori:ed entry into Mode 2 for Sequoyah Unit 2 on May 12, it)88 at 4:34 am a6d TVA comenced withdrawal of shutdown banks and RCS dilution from 2000 ppm to 1200 ppm boron concentration. TVA expects to be at 1200 ppm boron concentration at 12, 1988. Upon completion of this initial approximately 6:00 pm today, May dilution and after TVA reviews the entire plant status and briefs the NRC restart team, TVA will withdraw the control banks to the desired height and then slowly dilute to critica,lity: Criticality is expected to [ occur on May 13,.1988.
