SUMMARY

is pen and ink corrected copy of the Lead PM Sumary Report.

This is a revision to the information provided in our January 20, 1988 3

memorandum.

The corrections indicated have been comunicated to both the i

i plant specific project manager (s) and plant specific reviewer (s) for proper updating of the data base tracking system.

Recomendations concerning the MPA generic priority None i

3.

Items for Senior Management Attention Senior Management attention may be necessary to bring this issue to closure for the remaining seven plants.

Each of these plants relies on i

an air-CAD system for hydrogen mitigation.

The staff's position on use 7

i of this system during degraded core sequences is that it represents a threat to plant safety. The licensees for these plants have been reluctant to resolve this issue.
