Dear Ms. Wisenberg:
This is in response to your letter dated September 27, 1985, in which you-requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), a record of ill meetings in the last year between representatives of the Nuclear Utility Management and Human Resources Comittee (NUMARC) and members of the NRC.
The Commission met in open session three times with representatives of

NUMARC. The transcripts of these meetings are identified on the enclosed appendix and are already available in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555. We have indicated the file location beside each document description.
In addition, we are placing in the PDR copies of four pages from Commissioner Asselstine's calendar which indicate days on which he met with utility executives who may be members of NUMARC. The four pages will be filed in PDR file folder FOIA-85-662 in your name.
Finally, Chairman Palladino's office has infonned us that the Chairman and Philip Polk met with Mr. James Miller, representing NUMARC, for 10 minutes on Friday, July 26, 1985. The topic of discussion was expertise on shift (SECY-85-150). No written record of this meeting exists.
