Task Order No. 01, Modification No.1 under contract No. NRC-02-98-004 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance to complete the deliverables. The delay is due to no fault of the contractor. Therefore, the period of performance for Task Order No.1 is revised as follows: " Task Order No.1 shall be in effect from June 25,1998 through September 30,1998."
The total estimated ceiling for this task order of $16,042.35 remains the same. The issuance of this task crder does not amend any other terms or conditions of the subject task order.
