Enclosed for filing with the Comission is the executed original of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operatirg License NPF-39.
This Application requests changes to the Limerick Technical Specifications on the surveillance testing of the Limerick emergency diesel esnorators in response to Generic Letter E4-15 relating to the improvement and maintenance of diesel generator reliability.
